We are looking for a forward-looking problem solver, a strategic thinker with superb analytical skills, able to operationalize ideas, adaptable, and open to change a seasoned HR professional with +7 years of experience across generalist/multiple HR specialist areas.
HR Expert will drive development and implementation of HR plans in order to achieve strategic objectives, deliver results, improve employee experience and support further development and transformation of HR Function. This role includes but is not limited to such areas as HR performance (exposure to committees, projects, initiatives), people and organizational policies review, enhanced reporting and HR data analytics, future talent needs and strategic workforce planning, providing change leadership in optimization and digitalization of day-to-day operations and ongoing processes improvement.

- Driving HR initiatives from an employee life-cycle perspective covering talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, future talent, and org efficiency.
- Finding bottlenecks in the HR processes in order to improve overall HR organizational effectiveness

- Improving HR Data quality and analytics across full employee life-cycle, fostering data driven decision making culture within HR and wider business.

- Future talent, strategic workforce planning and headcount management

- Conducting gap analysis of employee experience cycle, defining possible shortcomings, suggesting improvements in policies and procedures, possible optimizations in HR systems, digitalization opportunities and automations of work.
- Functioning as a strategic partner, consultant and counselor to key leaders and their respective teams; engaging in strategic planning to translate business needs into HR plans.
- Industry best practices: Competitor Intelligence, staying up to date with HR and industry trends, proactive identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.

- 7+ years’ of experience in HR
- University degree, professional accreditation (CIPD chartership or equivalent)
- Broad expertise and deep knowledge of HR theory, functions, practice, systems, and models. Curious learner with growth mindset, excellent business acumen
- Strong judgment and experience in working with senior leaders and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Data driven, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience in Power BI/ Oracle BI or other data management tools
- Passionate about agile, willing to work with agile methodologies and in agile environment
- Highly organized with the ability to support multiple priorities
- Excellent investigation and troubleshooting skills, ready to ‘roll-up the sleeves’, a self-starter who can work independently, offer solutions
- A strong team player with leadership skills, able to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network and thrive as part of a team.
