- Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure manner
- Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty
- Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members
- Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve team member performance
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest service orientation and training skills background required
- Minimum 2 years' previous management experience in Front Office
- Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while considering all aspects of the job Eg. Financial, Operational, Human Resources, etc,
